CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS ON THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES ON 1ZONE

The supply of goods, services and event tickets on the 1Zone e-commerce trading platform ("1Zone") is carried out in accordance with the information and conditions published by the Event Organiser and the relevant provisions of law.

1. Limits on the supply period

The period during which goods and services are supplied, and the time at which an event takes place, are specifically published on 1Zone.

Certain goods, services or events may only be supplied during a defined period, according to the sales window, the event schedule or the conditions published by the Event Organiser.

2. Geographical limits

The scope of supply of goods and services, and of delivery (if any), follows the information published on 1Zone and the supply conditions of each Event Organiser.

For goods that are delivered, the delivery area may be limited to certain regions depending on the policies of the Event Organiser and the shipping provider.

3. Restrictions on eligible customers

Certain goods, services or events may be subject to conditions on age, eligible participants, or other conditions required by law, by the nature of the goods or services, or by the Event Organiser.

These conditions are published on 1Zone before the Event Participant carries out the transaction.

4. Quantity limits

Depending on the goods, services or event, the Event Organiser may set a minimum or maximum quantity that may be purchased per transaction or per Event Participant.

Quantity limits (if any) are published on 1Zone before the Event Participant confirms the transaction.

5. Availability of goods and services

Goods and services on 1Zone are supplied subject to availability, the sales window and the supply conditions of the Event Organiser.

The supply of goods and services may be suspended or interrupted in the following cases:

  • Maintenance, upgrade or resolution of technical incidents on 1Zone;
  • Incidents affecting payment systems, telecommunications networks or third-party systems;
  • Force majeure events or other cases provided for by law;
  • The Event Organiser suspends or terminates the supply of goods or services under the relevant regulations or agreements.

Where the supply of goods or services is interrupted or changed, 1Zone and/or the Event Organiser will notify the Event Participant to a reasonable extent and apply appropriate remedial measures in accordance with the law and 1Zone's policies.

6. Information on conditions and restrictions

The specific conditions or restrictions applicable to each item of goods, service or event are published on the corresponding information page before the Event Participant carries out the transaction.
