PAYMENT METHODS ON THE 1ZONE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
Currently, the 1Zone E-commerce Platform provides Customers with the following payment methods:
Method 1: Payment by Visa/Master/JCB Card or Bank Transfer
- Step 1: The Buyer reviews information about the event and the Event Organizer;
- Step 2: The Buyer verifies the order (via phone call, text message, or email);
- Step 3: The Seller confirms the Buyer's information;
- Step 4: The Buyer selects payment by Visa/Master/JCB card or bank transfer and completes the payment. Payment fees may vary depending on the type of card used and the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details of any applicable fees;
- Step 5: The Seller delivers the ticket;
- Step 6: The Buyer receives the ticket.
Method 2: Payment via ZaloPay E-Wallet or Other E-Wallet Payment Methods
- Step 1: The Buyer reviews information about the event and the Event Organizer;
- Step 2: The Buyer verifies the order (via phone call, text message, or email);
- Step 3: The Seller confirms the Buyer's information;
- Step 4: The Buyer places an order, selects ZaloPay e-wallet as the payment method, and completes the payment. Customers are required to download the ZaloPay e-wallet application to their mobile phones, link the application to a bank account, and top up their ZaloPay wallet before making payment;
- Step 5: The Seller delivers the ticket;
- Step 6: The Buyer receives the ticket.
