DELIVERY AND RECEIPT CONDITIONS

After Customers successfully purchase tickets on the 1Zone E-commerce Platform (Website: https://1zone.vn/), tickets will be delivered to Customers through the following methods:

(i) Receipt of Tickets via Email: Customers will receive their tickets in the form of an electronic ticket (e-ticket) attached to the email address registered during the "Purchase Ticket" / "Ticket Registration" process. Customers may check ticket information in the My Ticket section (the personal account of the Event Participant on the 1Zone event page website) or in the E-Ticket section of the application.

(ii) Receipt of Physical Tickets: For certain events, at the request of the Event Organizer, Customers may receive tickets in the form of physical tickets and shall be responsible for paying any delivery costs incurred through a third-party delivery service provider.
