INSPECTION, RETURN, REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

At 1Zone, we value our Customers' trust when purchasing and using services on the 1Zone E-commerce Platform. Our after-sales policy is established based on our commitment to protecting consumers' rights, enabling Customers to shop and experience our services with confidence.

1. Inspection Policy

1Zone will deliver tickets to Customers after ticket purchases are successfully completed as follows:

E-tickets will be delivered to the customer's registered email address and will also be available in the "My Account" section on 1Zone. Customers have the right to request 1Zone to verify their ticket status if the ticket is not displayed in their account or, in the case of physical tickets, has not been delivered.

For voting services, voting points will be automatically credited to the contestant selected by the customer immediately after a successful payment is completed.

2. Return Policy

The return and refund policy shall be determined by the Event Organizer for each specific event.

In the event that an event is postponed or cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Event Organizer, Customers may request ticket returns and refunds. The approval and processing of ticket returns and refunds shall be determined by the Event Organizer.

3. Refund Policy

TICKET

1Zone E-commerce Platform shall only provide warranty and support services in cases where Members acting as Event Organizers are unable to create a store or list tickets for events on the platform.

For event tickets, the Event Organizer shall determine all terms and conditions relating to warranty, usage instructions, and other relevant matters for Event Participants.

VOTING

Customer will not be refunded for successfully paid transactions within the payment gateway's valid payment period. In case you create a payment request within the valid time but the successful transaction is recorded outside the payment period, the payment gateway will contact and refund the transaction. The voting portal provider will be exempt from liability in this case.
