DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM ON THE 1ZONE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
1Zone is responsible for receiving disputes and complaints and assisting Event Participants in resolving complaints regarding the quality of promotional goods, services, or goods and services used for promotional purposes on the 1Zone E-commerce Platform.
When disputes arise, the 1Zone E-commerce Platform prioritizes negotiation and mediation between the parties in order to maintain customers' trust in the quality of services offered by Event Organizers on the 1Zone E-commerce Platform. The dispute resolution process shall be carried out as follows:
Step 1
Event Participant Members have the right to submit complaints via email: support@eventista.vn or through the Hotline: 0832338688.
Step 2
The Customer Service Department of 1Zone shall receive complaints from Event Participant Members. Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, 1Zone shall implement appropriate measures to support the resolution of such disputes.
Based on complaints submitted by Event Participants against Event Organizers, Event Organizers are responsible for providing documents and evidence verifying information relevant to the matter in dispute. If there is sufficient evidence proving that the fault lies with the Event Organizer, 1Zone may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or refer the matter to competent authorities depending on the severity of the violation. 1Zone may terminate and remove all information relating to the products and services of such Event Organizer from the platform and require the Event Organizer to provide appropriate compensation to customers based on mutual agreement with the affected customers.
Step 3
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation and agreement between the Event Participant and the Event Organizer, either party shall have the right to request intervention from competent authorities in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, particularly those of customers.

Dispute resolution period: 07 working days. In complex cases, the complaint resolution period may be extended, and the complainant as well as the complained party shall be informed of the expected resolution timeframe.
