PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY FOR CONSUMERS

By providing us with personal information and using the 1Zone E-commerce Platform, Members agree that their personal information may be collected and used as set out in this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). If a Member does not agree with this Policy, the Member should stop providing any personal information to us and/or exercise the rights set out in Section 7 below.

We reserve the right to amend and supplement this Policy at any time. We encourage Members to regularly review this Privacy Policy to stay updated and ensure that they are aware of and able to exercise their rights in managing their personal information.

2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection

We collect personal information only as necessary for the following purposes:

a) Orders: To process matters relating to Members' orders;

b) Account Maintenance: To create and maintain Members' accounts with us, including loyalty programs or reward programs associated with Members' accounts;

c) Consumer Services and Customer Care Services: Including responding to Members' requests, complaints, and feedback;

d) Personalization: We may combine collected data to gain a more comprehensive understanding of consumers, thereby enabling us to provide enhanced personalized services, including but not limited to: (i) improving and personalizing Members' experiences on the 1Zone E-commerce Platform; (ii) improving services and utilities, adapting them to personalized needs, and developing new service ideas; and (iii) providing Members with recommendations and advertisements tailored to their interests;

e) Security: For the purpose of preventing activities that may damage customer user accounts or involve fraudulent conduct;

f) Compliance with Legal Requirements: Depending on applicable laws from time to time, we may collect, store, and provide information upon request by competent state authorities.

3. Scope of Personal Information Collection and Use

3.1 We collect Members' personal information when:

a) Members directly provide information to us.

Such personal information is primarily provided through the 1Zone E-commerce Platform and includes: full name, email address, telephone number, address, account login information, and any information necessary to establish an account, such as username, password, login ID/address, and security questions and answers.

b) Members interact with us.

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect certain information when Members interact with the 1Zone E-commerce Platform.

c) From other lawful sources.

We may collect personal information from other lawful sources.

d) The 1Zone E-commerce Platform uses information provided by Members to:

Provide services to Members;
Send notifications regarding information exchanges between Members and the 1Zone E-commerce Platform;
Prevent activities that may damage Members' user accounts or involve fraudulent conduct;
Contact and resolve issues with Members in special circumstances;
Not use Members' personal information for purposes other than confirmation and communication relating to transactions conducted through 1Zone.
Where required by law, the 1Zone E-commerce Platform is responsible for cooperating in providing Members' personal information upon request from competent authorities, including procuracies, courts, and police investigation agencies in connection with violations of law committed by Members. Other than such cases, no person or organization has the right to unlawfully access Members' personal information.

4. Retention Period of Information

Members' personal data shall be stored until a request for deletion or cancellation is made, or until Members themselves log into their accounts and delete or cancel the information. In all other circumstances, Members' personal information shall remain securely stored on 1Zone's servers.

5. Individuals or Organizations That May Access the Information

We will not disclose Members' personal information to any third party except in the following necessary circumstances:

a) Service providers engaged by us for order fulfillment, limited to information necessary for performing such services and subject to information security and confidentiality requirements;

b) Third-party service providers engaged to perform activities related to the 1Zone E-commerce Platform, who may access or process personal information in the course of providing such services. We require such parties to comply with applicable personal information protection laws and security requirements;

c) Joint programs, co-branded activities, outsourced services, or cooperation programs carried out for the purposes described in Section 2, all of which are subject to personal information protection requirements;

d) Legal requirements: We may disclose personal information where required by law and where such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal procedures;

e) Business transfers (if any): In the event of a merger, consolidation, or acquisition of all or part of our business, the acquiring party may have access to information maintained by us, including personal information.

7. Means and Tools for Users to Access and Modify Their Personal Data

a) Members have the right to review, update, amend, delete, or cancel their personal information by logging into their accounts and making changes directly, or by requesting 1Zone to do so on their behalf.

b) Members may request assistance from the Management Board of the 1Zone E-commerce Platform to retrieve passwords or account information in cases where passwords are forgotten or accounts are locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts by contacting the Hotline: 0832338688 or sending a request via email to: support@eventista.vn.

c) Members have the right to submit complaints regarding unauthorized disclosure of personal information to third parties to the Management Board of the 1Zone E-commerce Platform. Upon receiving such complaints, 1Zone will verify the information, provide an explanation, and guide Members on restoring and securing their information.

8. Commitment to Protect Customers' Personal Information

a) Members' personal information on 1Zone is strictly protected in accordance with 1Zone's Personal Information Protection Policy. The collection and use of Members' information shall only be carried out with the consent of the relevant Member, except where otherwise required by law.

b) Personal information shall not be used, transferred, disclosed, or provided to any third party without the Member's consent.

c) In the event that the information storage server is attacked by hackers resulting in the loss of Members' personal data, 1Zone shall promptly notify the competent authorities for investigation and resolution and inform affected Members accordingly.

d) All online transaction information of Members, including accounting invoices and digitized documents, shall be absolutely secured within 1Zone's Level-1 secure central data storage area.

e) The Management Board of 1Zone requires Members, when registering an account, to provide complete personal information including full name, contact address, email address, identity card number, telephone number, bank account number, payment card information, and other relevant information, and to be responsible for the legality and accuracy of such information. The Management Board of 1Zone shall not be liable for, nor resolve, any complaints relating to Members' rights and interests if it is determined that the personal information provided at the time of registration was inaccurate.

9. Effectiveness

This Personal Information Privacy Policy shall take effect from 03 June 2026.
