DISPLAY PRIORITY POLICY ON THE 1ZONE E-COMMERCE TRADING PLATFORM

1. Display principles

1Zone may use criteria and technical tools to sort, classify or prioritise the display of goods, services and events in order to help Event Participants search for, select and access relevant information.

The display order may change depending on the search keyword, the search content, the time of access, the availability of the goods, services or events, and 1Zone's operational criteria.

Being displayed in a priority position does not mean that 1Zone guarantees the quality, suitability or outcome of those goods, services or events.

2. Display priority criteria

Depending on the function and the time, the main criteria that may be used to determine the display order or level of priority include:

a) Relevance to the search content, including how well the keyword matches the name of the goods or services, the event name, the description and related information;

b) Advertising, sponsorship or paid display activity, where the Event Organiser uses advertising, media or display priority services provided by 1Zone;

c) Event Participants' information and interaction history, including their history of searching, viewing, selecting or transacting on 1Zone, to the extent permitted under 1Zone's Privacy Policy;

d) Event Participants' ratings, feedback and level of interaction with the goods, services or events;

đ) The number of successful transactions or orders and other indicators of the popularity of the goods, services or events;

e) Geographical factors, including the Event Participant's region, locality or country, where this is relevant to the supply of goods and services or the organisation of the event;

g) Delivery, collection and payment methods, where these factors affect the ability to supply the goods or services to the Event Participant;

h) Other technical and operational criteria, including stock availability, the event date, the sales window, the goods and services category, and other criteria appropriate to 1Zone's functions.

3. Paid priority content

Where an Event Organiser pays to use advertising, sponsorship or display priority services, the prioritised content on 1Zone may be placed in a more prominent position or area than ordinary content.

Content displayed as advertising, sponsorship or paid priority will be presented, labelled or notified appropriately so that Event Participants can recognise it.

Paying for display does not alter the Event Organiser's responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information about the goods, services or events supplied on 1Zone.

4. Changes to display criteria

1Zone may adjust the criteria, methods and mechanisms of display priority to suit the platform's functions, Event Participants' needs, operational requirements and the law.

Where there is a material change affecting how goods, services or events are displayed, 1Zone will update the relevant information on the platform.
