PAYMENT METHODS ON THE 1ZONE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
Payment Methods
1Zone e-commerce platform currently offers Customers the following payment methods:
- ZaloPay e-wallet;
- Bank transfer via the OnePay payment gateway;
- Bank transfer via the ZaloPay payment gateway;
- Payment by Visa/MasterCard/JCB credit card.
Payment Instructions
Method 1: Payment by Visa/MasterCard/JCB Card

Step 1: Access the 1ZONE website and register or log in to an account;

Step 2: The buyer selects the ticket(s) or item(s) to purchase and confirms the order details (phone number, message/OTP, email, delivery address);

Step 3: The buyer selects payment by Visa/MasterCard/JCB credit card and completes the payment at the payment gateway.
Any transaction fees that may apply will depend on the card type used and the issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details on any applicable transaction fees;

Step 4: Once payment is successfully completed, the system records the payment status and proceeds with fulfillment:
- For ticket purchases: The ticket is automatically sent to the buyer's account from the organizer's ticket inventory or from the reselling account;
- For merchandise purchases: The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer within 7–14 days, or within the timeframe announced by the organizer.
Method 2: Payment by Bank Transfer
- Step 1: Access the 1ZONE website and register or log in to an account;
- Step 2: The buyer selects the ticket(s) or item(s) to purchase and confirms the order details (phone number, message/OTP, email);
- Step 3: The buyer selects the bank transfer payment method and proceeds to pay via the ZaloPay or OnePay payment gateway;
- Step 4: Once payment is successfully completed, the system records the payment status and proceeds with fulfillment:
- For ticket purchases: The ticket is automatically sent to the buyer's account from the organizer's ticket inventory or from the reselling account;
- For merchandise purchases: The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer within 7–14 days, or within the timeframe announced by the organizer.
Method 3: Payment via ZaloPay E-Wallet or Other E-Wallet Methods
- Step 1: Access the 1ZONE website and register or log in to an account;
- Step 2: The buyer selects the ticket(s) or item(s) to purchase and confirms the order details (phone number, message/OTP, email);
- Step 3: The buyer selects the e-wallet payment method and proceeds to pay via the ZaloPay or OnePay payment gateway;
- Step 4: Once payment is successfully completed, the system records the payment status and proceeds with fulfillment:
- For ticket purchases: The ticket is automatically sent to the buyer's account from the organizer's ticket inventory or from the reselling account;
- For merchandise purchases: The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer within 7–14 days, or within the timeframe announced by the organizer.
