DELIVERY AND RECEIPT CONDITIONS

After the Event Participant completes the purchase and payment for tickets/goods, delivery is carried out using the method applicable to each product, ticket or event as published on the 1Zone e-commerce trading platform ("1Zone").

1. Delivery methods

1.1. E-tickets

For events using e-tickets, once the ticket purchase transaction is successfully confirmed, the e-ticket is sent to the email address the Event Participant registered when booking.

The Event Participant can also check ticket information under My Ticket in their personal account or the E-Ticket function in the app (if available).

The Event Participant is responsible for checking their email, their spam/junk folder and the ticket details after completing the transaction.

1.2. Physical tickets

For events using physical tickets at the request of the Event Organiser, tickets are delivered to the address provided by the Event Participant when booking, or collected in person using the method published by the Event Organiser.

Physical tickets may be delivered through a shipping provider selected by the Event Organiser or 1Zone.

Shipping costs (if any) are notified to the Event Participant before the transaction is confirmed.

1.3. Other goods

For goods supplied on 1Zone, the delivery method follows the information published on the product page and/or at the time the order is placed.

Goods may be delivered through a shipping provider selected by the Event Organiser or 1Zone, depending on the transaction.

2. Delivery timeframe

For e-tickets, the ticket is sent to the Event Participant's email after the transaction is successfully confirmed, normally within the timeframe published at the time of booking.

For physical tickets and goods, the expected delivery timeframe is notified on the product page, the event page or during the ordering process, as applicable.

Actual delivery times may vary due to shipping conditions, weather, traffic, weekends, public holidays, Tet, or force majeure events.

Where there is a significant change to the delivery time, 1Zone and/or the Event Organiser will notify the Event Participant to a reasonable extent.

3. Delivery coverage

For e-tickets, delivery is carried out by email and is therefore not geographically limited, provided the Event Participant supplies a valid email address.

For physical tickets and goods, delivery coverage follows the areas served by the Event Organiser and/or the shipping provider.

Where there are limits on the delivery area, this information is disclosed to the Event Participant before the transaction is confirmed.

4. Shipping providers and order information

For physical tickets and goods delivered through a shipping provider, the Event Participant may be given information relating to the order and delivery, including order confirmation details, delivery status and/or the tracking number (if any).

The shipping provider is responsible for providing and updating information about the delivery process within the scope of its services and its agreement with 1Zone and/or the Event Organiser.

1Zone and/or the Event Organiser are responsible for cooperating with the shipping provider to help the Event Participant look up and verify the delivery status upon reasonable request.

For e-tickets, delivery information is presented through email, the Event Participant's account, or 1Zone's ticketing system.

5. Inspection on receipt

For e-tickets, the Event Participant is responsible for checking the information on the ticket immediately after receiving it and notifying 1Zone and/or the Event Organiser if the information is inaccurate or missing, or if there is any issue with receiving the ticket.

For physical tickets and goods, the Event Participant is encouraged to check the external condition of the package and the quantity of goods on receipt.

Where the goods are found to be damaged, missing, incorrect or otherwise irregular, the Event Participant should record the condition of the goods and contact 1Zone and/or the Event Organiser for support under the return and refund policy and other related policies.

6. Responsibilities of the Event Participant

The Event Participant is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for delivery, including the delivery address, phone number, email and other information required for the transaction.

1Zone and/or the Event Organiser are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery caused by the Event Participant providing inaccurate or incomplete information, or by the Event Participant being uncontactable or unable to receive the goods during the delivery period.
